Goalsetting: Two Ways with the Story Foundations Collection!
Traci here, when I saw the projects coming in with the Story Foundations collection, I was struck by how Noemi and Ruth had created two very different but very fun ways to create goal setting/bucket list projects with this collection! I’m huge on goal setting, so it was so fun to see their takes on it and I thought I would create this blog post so that you could see them together and get inspired too!

Are you fed up with new year's resolutions? So am I! So this year I'm having a 2026 bingo card bucket list instead! I've made a few to fill in with friends on NYE.
I didn't want to stick down a million teeny squares, so I cut the bingo card out on my cricut (weeding a million tiny squares was better… just). Then I backed them with white card and added the title on foam pads.
To make the title, I uploaded the individual letters in cricut (block alpha and glitter alpha from foundations) arranged them, used the offset function and switched it to white, and then flattened it all. Then cut them out.
I wrote a tutorial on how to do this on the Cricut here and there’s another for Silhouette here!
Looking forward to completing the activities on my bingo card in 2026 and I hope you do the same.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed because you didn’t get your documentation projects done on time? Same here! I start the year with tons of plans, but as the months go by, life (and to-do lists) takes over and I end up leaving projects unfinished… so this year, I decided to get ahead and create a template in advance!
I created this pocket page layout using the cards from the new Story Foundations collection, and it will work as a year-at-a-glance summary for 2026. I designed it as a timeline: the first card welcomes the year with my goals and intentions, plus a little note about how I’m feeling right now. Then, each month, I’ll add one photo that captures the highlight of that month.
By the end of the year, I’ll write down my favorite moments and reflections in the last card. Making this template only takes a couple of hours, perfect for these vacation days or a cozy afternoon, and it will be so fun to fill it out during the year!
