Create a Layered Page Border Using Stickers with Nicole

I have been wanting to create some sort of frame style design with the sticker icons from any of Traci’s collections for a long time.  Today was the day and the Haunting collection was perfect for this.

I kept the photos, title and journaling for my layout fairly simple.  The photos are both 3x4’s with a thin white mat.  The large facet style alphas are from the Haunting collection and I paired them with some old letter stickers in matching colors.  The black pattern is from the Haunting papers and trimmed to be 8.5x8.5, leaving me with a decent open frame around it to have fun with the icon stickers.

I print and cut all three sheets of the stickers from Haunting.  The four large floral clusters I cut in half and spread them around the frame somewhat evenly.  Then I started to fill in that outside frame with all the fun icons, cutting off the overhang as I went.

I mixed up layers by gluing some pieces flat to the page, and others were popped up with foam adhesive to help give the frame some added detail and dimension.
