This beautiful collection makes my rainbow loving heart so happy and I was so over the moon to be able to create with it! I loved adding hand stitching in co-ordinating colours to the rainbow! Thanks for stopping by to see the Keep Chasing Rainbows projects!

If you’ve been around a while you will already know that Keep Chasing Rainbows is one of my all time favourite Traci Reed Designs collections so I of course couldn’t resist another chance to play with it!

For today’s layout I was inspired by many of the projects I have already seen created using this collection and specifically the ones that used the painted rainbow in the digital kit embellishments. I knew that wouldn’t work with what I had in mind to scrap so I decided to colour match as best I could and stamp my own rainbow as the base layer for my photo waterfall element. And I just love how this turned out so I ended up creating a mixed media layout with a tonne of white space and I just love, love, love it!!
I paired some of the pieces from the collection with some build a title stamps and black ink and voila! So fun and now every time I see this page, with these photos it makes me smile!

For my Keep Chasing Rainbows project I wanted to let the scattered hearts and mixed media splotches take center stage so I duplicatesnthe hearts a couple times and printed them on a piece of white cardstock. I added to the mixed media by using the smooshing technique to apply Distress Oxides in rainbow order. I mounted my pictures on tissue paper and finished off my page with lots of flowers, word strips and rainbow pieces from the sticker pack.

Hey all, today we are celebrating the Keep Chasing Rainbows collection, an oldie but goodie!  I love this collection because the rainbow colors just make me so happy!  I decided to use a sketch from Traci from last month and made a page documenting my youngest with her friends in Dublin.  Although it was a dreary day the rainbow paper and ellies help me to remember the beauty that we saw there.  I also have a process video for this that you can find here. Thanks for popping on to read all about the Keep Chasing Rainbows projects!

I keep finding myself coming back to digital pocket pages --- they feel "easy" to fill and tackle one pocket at a time, and easy to just pull together with one collection, one pocket at a time with journaling cards, journaling in short bits, and lots of colors. I love printing them out and putting them in my planner binder, and this rainbow filled collection is just what I need to brighten up my planner for spring!
