Torey - My Oasis

For today’s Sketchy Sunday, I decided to use the (retired) My Oasis collection. This collection has the cutest sunbursts pattern that I just knew would be perfect for documenting some of the prep-work I did for Florida Stationery Fest! The papers matched my prep photos perfectly and the sketchy spread was an excellent layout for the photos I wanted to document!

Danica - The Manuscript

For my layout I wanted more neutral tones that matched my photos. Traci’s The Manuscript mixed with her Story Foundations Neutral Papers were perfect! I followed the sketch as is creating my clusters based on it. I did add a stroke to my title because it seemed to get lost in the background layers.

Hanna - Story Foundations: Brighter Days

I love my travel pages and when I shot these umbrellas dangling over a street in a cute village in Portugal, I already had the Brighter Days edition of the Story Foundations in mind. I love the weaving papers and wanted to use the tickets and alternate them with some neutral papers and some with slight patterns. This gives a nice colorful mix that is not too busy. I love that the photos are slightly bolder colors which means they really pop! Then I used the suns and umbrellas as ellies and then put the sunglasses in there to give it dimension. Finished it off with a nice big colorful title and some wordstrips to tell the story, date it and noting this lovely town too. I love how it turned out!

Ana - The Naughty List

This week’s Sketchy Sunday layout features the The Naughty List collection! I love how this Christmas collection steps away from the usual color palette but nonetheless brings the usual Christmas fun. For this layout, I mixed yellow and pink(my favorites!) with pops of other colors from the ellies and alphas that made the page cute, fun and very me.

It actually matched the vibe from my second pop-up here in Saudi Arabia, Twinkle and Sparkle -  bright, cheerful, and fun.

For this page, I documented that second craft fair experience, a holiday craft market set in a beautiful home, with a great turnout and so much support for handmade. Not only that, it also had a successful toy drive for orphans in the area and a booth for cats for adoption! It’s one of those days that’s extra special and worth remembering.

Definitely a pop-up that’s one for the “scrap”books.

Kristin - The Manuscript

For Sketchy Sunday I really wanted to document a couple of photographs of my family's Disney Haunted Mansion ride photographs. I chose to use The Manuscript collection because the neutrals would pair nicely with the photographs. I also thought the candelabras included in the sticker set would be perfect for this layout! I framed with photographs with the black ornate frames in the collection. I opted to machine stitch the weaved paper to add more texture. I added florals, wax stamps, and butterflies from the collection. I finished the layout by adding some brown fabric flowers and a title from alphas that I had in my stash!

Michele - Story Foundations: Milestones

Life is filled with both beautiful moments and difficult seasons, and not every day looks the way we hoped it would. As a scrapbooker, though, I’ve learned to look beyond the challenges and focus on the moments that deserve to be remembered forever. I’m always searching for the stories, memories, and little pieces of joy that I want preserved on a page years from now. In this season of life, finding happiness in the ordinary days and appreciating the good moments has become especially important. I’m cherishing these little moments right now.
