Get Inspired by this Faves in Full Color Mini Album!

I am loving Traci’s new collection Faves. It’s great to document all the favorite things in your life...and I have been loving it to document my favorite place in the world – Disney!! In this case Disneyland specifically. I went with a big group of digital scrapbookers – most of whom I had only met online. I have so much to say about the whole trip but safe to say - what an amazing adventure we had!

Of course, with 8 scrappers – we have so, so, so many pictures to choose from. One of the fun things that we decided to do upfront was to assign everyone a color to highlight. I got my FAVE color Green! So off we went across our days together to take photos of our color. Almost as soon as we got home, we created a collage (our gal Tracie Radtke but together the template) and we all created our color collage.

This was incredibly fun to see how everyone selected their FAVES from the color they selected. I know I had to create something extra special for these great collages. I know that I will do digital pages for my annual project life book (and maybe even a whole Shutterfly type book at some point) and then a 6” x 8” album. I have one from Simple Stories that is Disney themed that I will be using.

I selected the TN papers from the collection and created a template for each collage – 8 total. In Photoshop I added the name of each color using alphas from Faves, Routines and Poolside.

I split it into 2 sections with flip pages. I decided to split it because that way i have more flexibility later as I work on my album. Each page came together quickly with a simple page hinge between pages and a plastic page extender for each section.

I added a few tabs and embellishments through out – while keeping it simple. I did pull out my Mickey head punches for a few spots – and you can see the tiny one on the envelope TN paper which turned out so cute!
