Scraplift Saturday - Digital Team Member Leah!

Hey Hey Hey, it’s scraplift Saturday and today we have the treat of lifting one of my long-time digital team members, Leah! Leah isn’t afraid to go BOLD with color and graphics in her gallery and is the queen of the clustering, so her gallery is eye candy to look at!

Traci - The Love List

I love that Leah isn’t afraid of using bold, graphic pieces in her layouts so when I saw this layout with the bold heart in her gallery, I knew it was the one for me! I paired it with the 2020 (former) freebie collection Have A Nice Day because the colors were screaming to be used on this page and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Danica - School Daze

I am a cluster gal at heart so looking thru Leah’s gallery for something to lift, was really hard because I wanted to lift them all! So many gorgeous layouts with clusters to die for! I chose the layout that I lifted because of that wonderful cascading cluster! Instead of a photoless layout, I used one and added a journal card where she had her title placement. I mixed several of Traci’s kits including: Beginnings & Endings, Filled With Intention, Foodie,School Daze, School Daze Journal Cards #1, School Daze Stickers, The Naughty List, and Time to Thrive. I just love how it turned out and thanks to Leah for the inspiration!

Thays - My Story Matters

I fell in love with this layout by Leah! She mixed ribbons, fabric, lace, and I wanted to try to make something similar using only the papers from the collection My Story Matters.

For this lift I chose two photos of my son, in a fun time with him at home.

Cheryl - My Story Matters

I've been recently going through photos from the early 2000s and I had seen these photos of my daughter taking a selfie on the day she was going to have her senior portraits taken. When I started looking through Leah's gallery, I saw this "Selfie" layout and knew it would be perfect to highlight my photos. I added an additional photo and used mixed media to change my layout to have a diagonal flow rather than the centered layout composition Leah used. I love how this layout turned out!

Melinda - Candy Coated Christmas

As soon as I saw the fun colours, patterns, layers and textures in this original page by Leah I knew that was the page I wanted to lift!! I love, love, love all of those fun colours and layers!! I was so inspired I ended up also scrapbooking a pocket page to go along with my 12 x12 layout duplicating the patterns and textures onto my journalling card while still leaving enough room for me to add some words!!
