I always love playing with Moonlit because it’s just so versatile! This is the second concert I’ve scrapped with this collection because it just fits the vibe so perfectly!

Moonlit is such a gorgeous collection that I couldn’t resist making two layouts with it! I’ve recently returned from a family holiday and have so many photos to scrap! For the first layout of me and my husband in the chair I used one of my favourite 12x12 patterned papers from the collection for my background and built the layout on top of that. I resized one of the journal cards to 3x2 to fit snugly in the corner and added some embellishments from the digital stickers to it and in two other areas of the layout. Some sequins and Nuvo Drops added some dimension and sparkle.

For the second layout I created a mixed media background with some Distress Oxides. I based this layout on Traci’s sketch #52 which allowed me to use a variety of the beautiful patterned papers without distracting from my photo. I created the word ‘HOT’ using the alphas from the digital kit and followed Traci’s great tutorial on how to cut tiles in one piece in Silhouette Studio which can be found here. I added some sequins and some waxed twine for texture and just love how these two pages look together!

The Moonlit collection has bold and bright colors and I love it! It was perfect to document my daughter’s night out with a friend! I’ve used the digital kit for this layout, it has a lot of details in glitter and beautiful flowers and words for titles. Love the fireworks!!

The neon effects and dark, rich tones of this collection are the epitome of hot summer nights. I decided to use some of my night sky photos for this layout. I was having a hard time limiting my choices of papers in this collection, so instead I chose a layout of small square elements to showcase as many beautiful papers as I could. How fun are the neon titles in this collection?! I chose to layer ‘Starry’ and ‘Sky’ together as my finishing touch title.

I love the summer vibe and the colors of Moonlit-- they go so well with beach photos-- day or night! My family just got back from our beach vacation in Michigan, so it was perfect to use those photos with the summer vibes of the kit-- the “summer magic” title was just perfect for this page!
