Noemi - Bountiful

Elena’s gallery is a delight ! So many amazing options to scraplift!I chose this layout because I love how she blended the die cuts with mixed media to create a colorful waterfall. I recreated her design using the leaves and butterflies from the Bountiful collection and added the final touches with some phrases and paint splashes.

Melinda - Festive

If you’re anything like me the craziness that is December can make it really hard to find your creative mojo so a scrap lift might be just what is called for and was certainly the perfect remedy for my sorely lacking mojo!!

This layout of Elena’s with it’s pop of black against all of those softer colours jumped out at me immediately and I knew that was the page I wanted to lift.

Obviously I have swapped out the black for red and though I covered more of it up that I originally intended I have added in some splatters like Elena did and swapped out the cut file for some digital mixed media.

I also loved the way the 3 pattern paper strips on the left grounded everything and on closer inspection I discovered the “clear” card behind her photo with the subtle but awesome details and incorporated that element as well!

You would never know that this was a Halloween-ish type page that I drew inspiration from but that is the beauty of a scrap lift! Thanks for the inspiration Elena!!

Ophelia - #indoorsy

I chose this layout by Elena because I love how simple the layout is and that the main focus is on the photos. I used Indoorsy collection to scrap my page.

Becky - Festive

Elena had many lovely layouts on her grid for me to choose from but I decided on this one as I loved the fringed type layers at the bottom of the layout. I stuck pretty closely to her original layout although I did add some splatters in the ‘white space’ to the right of my photo as I felt my layout needed a little bit ‘extra’ as I’m not a minimalist scrapper in the slightest! I had great fun creating this layout with Festive.

Danica - Festive

I picked this layout from Elena because it really stood out for me. I love the border with the mix of pattern papers that really is eye popping. It’s a great simple page with a big impact. Not sure if I achieved that with my lift, but I tried. Didn’t do a black and white photo tho, but hers looks awesome against that spiderweb. So dramatic!

Karidan - Festive

I went WAYYY back into Elena’s Instagram feed! Haha I just got to scrolling like we do now days and Elena might even be like eekkk you went back far!! As I kept going back I seen that she was very much into making cards back then and as I have started to venture into the card making more I was intrigued on how I could scraplift one of her cards into a scrapbook layout!! So that is just what I did! I seen she had some layers to this card so I decided to make them into pockets to hold several pictures from the night out with the girls where we visited several Christmas Pop Up bars! It was so fun to challenge myself a little bit!
