Don't Be A Drag, Just Be a Queen - Creating Themed Inserts for your Project Life Album
This year in my Project Life, I’m challenging myself to use the Story Foundations collection for nearly every page, however sometimes you just have to create a themed insert for your album! We attended a drag brunch back in the beginning of May as part of a weekend trip to Nashville with my two best friends to see Florence & The Machine.
This weekend was so busy with so many photos, I knew it had to be its own spread. The first thing we did was the drag brunch, so that will be the left hand side of the page using the Fierce collection - which is, of course, perfect for the theme (and currently 50% off!)
I created this page in my signature layered card style using all the goodies in the collection, including the TN inserts, which I resized to fit the 3x4 cards, digital embellishments, patterned cards and stickers to create a fantastic and vibrant page.
What’s going to be super fun, is that I’ll be pairing this bright rainbow side with a page for the concert using the Midnight Apothecary collection to capture Florence’s dark and witchy vibe and the two are going to create such an amazing contrast, I can’t wait!
Don’t be afraid to mix and match products across the page and pull out themed collections where they fit!
