Teach Me Tuesday: Different Ways to Use TN Signatures on Your Pages

Not a Traveler’s Notebook (or Life Crafted) scrapper? Confused as to what you else you can to with the gorgeous 8.25x4.25” cards included in my collections? The team is here to inspire you with 3 ways you can use the TN Signatures beyond the Traveler’s Notebook!

Allie - Hearth & Hollow

I love love using Traci’s TN Signatures— probably because I love 3x4 cards, and these are like 3x4 cards on steroids! I love putting them front and center with my projects, and there’s no better way to do that than to make some TN Dashboards out of them! For this project, I made a TN dashboard out of some of my favorites from the Hearth and Hollow collection

Since I was doing this for my “Home” base TN, the family and home theme from Hearth & Hollow were perfect! I laminated the signatures together (leaving a gap in between so it would “fold over” the books I was using) and I’m excited to use the “inside” spots for sticky notes and lists with a dry erase marker. You could also make these fun dashboards in a “shaker pocket” style using a fuse tool and a page protector— and lots of sequins, of course! If you want to see more of what I mean (and how this all came together), be sure to check out my video on my YouTube channel here!

Chantal - October Mood

I always try to find different ways to  use products. Because you print them yourself its so fun to use the same product in different ways.

When I saw this signature from October Mood, I knew It would be a perfect peek-a-boo door.

To make the door, I made a cut at 3 sides of the frame on the TN Signature so that it could open. I attached the signature with foam tape to the layout..

A layout with such a focal point don’t need much… and mixed media is always a good way to go so I made a stain with distress oxide and added some stamps. Background done.

To make the focal point a bit more interesting and not just a rectangle I add a 2 pocket page cards as a layer and distressed the edges, added the photo behind the door and some embellishments to finish the page.

Eraizza - Anywhere But Here

TN signatures are perfect for using in your travler’s notebook. I personally like them because they are very easy to use. If you’re running low on time and need a quick decoration in your planner, then TN Signatures are for you!

Today, I'm gonna show you how I utilized the Anywhere But Here TN signatures in my recent project.

The TN signatures are the perfect size for standard TN. You can clip it outside your planner and take an aesthetic photos.

This was was an easy project and only took me less than 30 minutess. I was feeling lazy while planning for our vacation, and this kit really motivated me to start searching for places. Then I printed one TN sig on the vellum paper to get the effect I wanted.

Here is another page that I mix and match with journaling card and some stickers from the same kit. This will serve as list for things needed on our trip.

I did the same for these pages, mixing and matching with the journaling cards. I love the versatility of TN signatures. It can be a cover or It can be just a simple background to add accent on the pages.
